The new Environmental Site Specific Survey that has been a state regulation for years, but has never been fully enforced. DHCR is now increasing its efforts of enforcement, and there is concern for extra soft costs and increased delays in project starts to many organizations. 

The state qualifications to be able to perform the Surveys and/or Inspections will leave few companies qualified to do so. Upstate HomeWorks has been approved and certified by DHCR to perform these Surveys/Inspections, and the ability to do so in a timely manner. We can perform the Environmental Site Specific Surveys in conjunction with the Risk Assessment at a discounted rate, saving your organization time and money.
