Architect Selection: Your project manager will provide you the information you need to determine what kind of architectural services are right for your project so you do not spend too much.

2nd In Home Meeting
Approval of Project Specifications and Cost Estimate: Your project manager will provide and explain your site specific project specifications outlining the exact work to be performed on your home.
Approval of Construction Drawings: Your project manager will provide your stamped architectural drawings and review the drawings with you to ensure the best use of space and design to fit your taste, needs and budget.
Contractor Walk Through: Your project manager will conduct a walk through with the prospective qualified bidding contractors in order to answer any questions and to ensure proper scope of work is defined for the bidding process reducing the possibility for overages or "extras" not defined at project start.
